The good news is that Flu is finally almost gone! That said, strep is still making its way around 😣.

Is that sore throat allergies or strep?

Sometimes it can be hard to distinguish between the two when you don’t have a fever, but a quick strep test can let you know 🙂.

As a reminder, at SmartMED we can do a rapid test (which is most accurate a few days after symptoms begin) or we can perform a PCR. It takes the same time to return a result, and is so sensitive it can return an accurate result on day one and two of symptoms.
