Careflight 23 was proud to join up with Native Air 35 and Lifeguard 10 to host a huge LZ class in Capitan, NM last night. The class focused on how to create a safe landing zone for an incoming helicopter as well as situations where air medical transport is an important option to consider. Teamwork between ground an air crews is essential to facilitate safe and efficient patient transport!

Good morning from Lubbock, TX ☀️ We frequently bring patients here from Roswell for specialty trauma and pediatric care. Sometimes we get a great sunrise out of a patient transport!

We had some great interagency teamwork on yesterday’s scene call. Dexter Fire & Rescue, American Medical Response (Roswell), Air Methods Careflight 23, CCSO, NMSP, Dexter Police and Hagerman Police worked this scene and facilitated a rapid transport to definitive care for this patient. Great work to everyone on scene!
