Tonight we say goodbye to another year.
Some of it was good.
Some of it was hard.
And some of it… we’re honestly just glad is over.
Whether you’re ringing in the new year loud, quiet, or already in pajamas by 9 — it all counts. What matters is that you made it here.
Here’s to carrying the lessons, dropping the weight, and stepping into the new year a little wiser and a lot stronger. 🥂

It’s that time of year when sickness seems to be everywhere — in our homes, our schools, our workplaces, and our communities. If you or your family are feeling run down, you’re not alone. Illness has touched many people lately, including some of our own staff members and their little ones. This is your reminder that being sick is not a failure and rest is not something you have to earn. Healing takes time, patience, and grace. Slow down when you can, take care of your body, and give yourself permission to recover. Taking care of yourself now is part of taking care of everything else.
