Starting solids is exciting — but what about the p**p?

When your baby begins solid foods, you might notice firmer, less frequent stools.
That’s because solids have less liquid than milk and the gut is still adapting. Hard, dry stools or straining can be signs of constipation — but there are gentle ways to support your baby’s
digestion.

🥣 Keep breastmilk or formula as their main drink.
🍐 Add fiber-rich purees like pears, prunes, and peaches.

💧 Offer small sips of water with meals.
Tummy massages and gentle “bicycle legs” can help too!
