No injections required. These medications can also help regulate blood sugar—but they’re not one-size-fits-all.

We’re kicking off a Spring Health Challenge 🌱 Each week throughout March, we’ll share one simple health tip you can actually put into practice.
No overhauls. No perfection. Just small habits that add up over time.
Let’s start with Week 1 ⬇️
Add 10 extra minutes of movement to your day. Whether it’s stretching or taking the stairs, it all counts. Set a daily timer for 10 minutes and get moving!

March is Brain Injury Awareness Month 🧠

Traumatic brain injuries can happen in everyday situations, from falls to accidents. A head injury may feel “all in your head,” but that doesn’t mean it should be ignored—seek medical care right away if something feels off.

Congratulation to our 4th Quarter Daisy Award Winner, Katelynn Dollar, RN from ICU. We are proud to have Katelynn on our team and appreciate her for all she has done for this family and so many other patients.

Here’s what the family had to say about her nomination:

“We would like to nominate Katelynn Dollar, RN for the Daisy Award. Katelynn works in the ICU and is absolutely amazing. Katelynn's years of experience and dedication to the field of nursing are evident in Katelynn's quality of care and the treatment of her patients is impeccable. Katelynn was one of the nurses that treated my nephew recently when he had an extended stay in the ICU and she made a very difficult time less stressful. Katelynn's ability to put her patients at ease, attend to their every need, and provide quality care is incredible and should be acknowledged. Katelynn exhibits remarkable compassion towards her patients, making it a priority to comfort them and their families during trying times. Katelynn has the resilience to handle stressful situations calmly and is always quick to adapt to unexpected changes. Katelynn keeps her finger on the pulse of her patients and knows how to address their various conditions along with answering questions that the family members may have. Even when an influx of patients would come into the CCU, Katelynn still managed to give direct care to each of those assigned to her caseload and was crucial to ensuring all patients received timely care. Katelynn has such a positive attitude and willingness to assist both patients and staff that it creates a supportive atmosphere necessary in the CCU. On behalf of our family, I want to thank you ENMMC and Katelynn for a job well done!”
