Join us for a soul-nourishing morning in community! Bring your blanket, your favorite snacks, a journal and pens for reflections, and settle into the soothing vibrations of a sound bath in nature.

This is a community event in partnership with Special Touch Learning Center. It is donation-based, and all contributions are tax-deductible. Your generosity helps us continue to create sacred spaces for healing and connection.

Come to ground, recharge, and align under the open sky.

We’re back on the mat, and I can’t wait to share space with you again.

Join me this Friday, May 23 at 7 AM or 7 PM in Roswell for our first in-house chakra reset: a guided meditation, sound bath, and share circle to bring you back to center, soften your nervous system, and realign with yourSelf.

We’ll move through the current astro energy, sit in breath and sound, and close in connection, it’s one of my favorite ways to root into the day.

Bring a mat or blanket, and come ready to release.
