This will be my last post here.
I’m stepping away from Facebook to reclaim my peace, creativity, and clarity.

It’s reasonable to say this platform’s design has a kind of systemic harm built in which thrives on attention, conflict, polarization, emotional manipulation, and data extraction. All of that stands in conflict with mental peace, truth, and collective well-being.

I want my energy to go toward the real world, the earth, my work, my daughter, the people I teach, and the community I can see and feel.

The past few months have been full of change — packing, moving, setting up my mountain studio, and rethinking how I want to share my work. I’ll be honest: I was burned out. Running storefronts and hauling supplies wore me down.

But with this move has come something new — space to breathe, reset, and create in a way that feels slower, more rooted, and more connected.
