Here’s the thing: healing isn’t about being more agreeable, more accommodating, or more “palatable.”
Real healing isn’t about shrinking yourself to keep others comfortable. It’s about honesty and admitting you’re hurt, setting boundaries, owning your anger, your grief, your needs.
Being “nice” can sometimes be a mask. Being real is where the actual growth happens.
When you stop performing and start telling the truth (to yourself first), that’s when things shift.
