To ensure that care is welcoming and reachable for everyone, Three Suns Birth & Maternal Wellness Center is constructing a fully ADA-compliant entrance and ramp.
A safer, barrier-free entryway means more families can receive prenatal, birth, and postpartum care without physical limitations standing in the way.
By contributing to this initiative, donors help eliminate one of the most basic barriers to care: the ability to enter the building with dignity.

"Adopt a Brick"

Though the ramp itself is built of wood, each adopted brick will be placed along the walkway and garden border beside the new ramp. These dedication markers form a visible Path of Support, welcoming every person who walks through our doors.

Donors Receive
A permanent engraved brick displayed beside the new ADA ramp
The option to personalize your dedication (“In honor of…”, “In memory of…”, etc.)
A digital certificate of adoption
Recognition on our online donor wall

Three Suns Birth is expanding our care team, and we’re looking for a Certified Doula who believes in continuity, compassion, and steady support during moments of transition. This role is essential to helping our patients feel comfortable and informed when labor, prenatal, or postpartum situations require hospital transfer.

Important note: This role is not intended for student midwives, as we prefer to keep these roles separate.

• Advocating for clarity and communication between clients and hospital staff
• Offering comfort measures, reassurance, and trauma-informed support
• Updating the midwifery team during and after the transfer
• Maintaining calm, grounded presence during unpredictable or high-stress moments
• Documenting encounters clearly and professionally

• Has strong communication skills and emotional maturity
• Works well within a small, mission-driven team
• Loves contributing to a developing, community-centered birth center

Requirements
• Doula certification
• Have experience with rural healthcare or birth center transfers, or willingness to learn.
• Are willing to help shape this role as we grow

Schedule & Compensation

• Compensation per client / visit type
• Training provided in our model of care, transfer protocols, and more.

What is a doula for?

I would be there to offer physical, emotional, information support. To strive to give you the best birth experience we can.

I cannot promise the exact birth you want, but I would be there to help you through whatever may come.

I would be there to help you through those contractions, whether it would be helping you get into different positions, hip squeezes or helping you breath, or even as simple as bringing in damp wash clothes to help cool you down.
I would be encouraging you through L&D, but also being there as an advocate for you, and having your voice or your husband to have the voice to speak for what you want.

In no way do I offer medical advice or do medical procedures or checks.

I would not be there to replace your support help , but rather help him ,help you doing that process.

I would love to be that one there for you during this special moment in your life!
