Licensed Professional Counselor I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing with individuals, couples & families in need of therapy.

I graduated from McMaster University in 2005 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Shortly after, I pursued my passion and graduated from Argosy University with a Master of Arts in Community Counseling. I am currently a Licensed Professional counselor with over eight years of counseling experience specializing with individuals, couples and families with substance dependency and recovery. I have extensive experience working with people of all ages, whether working through grief, depression, anxiety, anger, a life transition or an addiction, I am committed to helping you develop the skills you need to create the life you want.
