Halloween Spooktacular was such a fun time last week. We had a lot of residents dress up and get creative with costumes. Our Sous Chef did a FANSTASTIC job with food. We played games, one of which was wrapping each other with toilet paper to create the best mummy.

We welcomed fall with some homemade sweet treats. Our residents baked cookies, cheesecake, pumpkin bread and a carrot cake. They were all so tasty! A big thank you to their labor of love.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. We all wore pink and heard several breast cancer survivor stories. We learned preventive measures we can take and ways to support our friends who have it. Our Sous Chef, Kim, added to the event by making breast cancer cupcakes and pink lemonade.
