It's really cold so try one of our warmer options like red light therapy this can be added to any massage just choose add on. After massage selection. Hot stones full body unraveled by heat. Steam Back and face facial warm steam. Warm metal tools used for myofascial release called IASTM or Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization. Warm towels after any massage.

1.Relaxation massage with light to medium pressure.
Swedish, Lymphatic dranage, Hot stones, Pregnancy, Facial (Face or Back cleansing facial).

2. muscle streching and muscle belly releasing techniques Deep pressure.
Deep tissue, Sports massage, Wood work therapy.

3. For seasoned massage clients that likes alot of pressure that a massage therapist hands just can't possibly withstand. Lol joking but not.
Ashiatsu (bare foot massage), vacuum cupping ( lots of localized pressure).Remember this is for the clients that can handle lots of pressure.

Self-Care Sunday.

1.SkinCare - pre cleans, cleanser, scrub, Toner,hydrating mist, hyaluronic acid moisturizer. Do in this order for flawless skin

1.Hair Care- hydrating mask 15min, wash out, Caster oil, my Jazzy hair oil home made and hair oil or grease.

3.Morning Juice - apple, pear, orange, mandarin, ginger lime i add CoQ10 but can be left out.
4.Used coffee grinds how to store for future uses. Like Skincare, Plants.
Gather your old coffee grinds out of fridge
DO NOT KEEP ON COUNTER WILL MOLD AND SPOIL.
Place on baking sheet, bake on 250 for 10 to 15min, let cool, place in air tight jar with a moisture control pack and now you can leave it out of fridge because it's dry and baking kills some bacteria and moisture make keeps moisture out.

5.Free Coffee Scrub- stored used coffee grinds 1/2 cup, 1 cup suger, 5 pumps of skin cleanser, Bio-Oil, 1/4 cup neutral carrier oil, couple drops of your favorite essential or fragrance oil and a drop for rose water stor in air tight container.

Feeling sluggish, foggy, stiff and dry?
We need to replenish not only water/ fluid but also very important we need to replenish our body with vitamins. No not only the ones we get from food, some vitamins in food we would have to consistently eating or drinking large amounts and with busy schedules in this day and time and age creeping in we need a boost don't wait it could mean years added to your life. I know studys have said we only use 50% of the vitamins we take that's ok because the other 50% should be from fresh foods rich in vitamins.
