A huge thank-you to everyone who joined us for our Bronze Award Celebration at Oak Hill! The food was fantastic, the music was wonderful, and most importantly, sharing this achievement together meant so much to our team and community.

The Bronze Award represents a significant step in our commitment to quality care. This level provides organizations with the tools and resources needed for continuous improvement. Using the Baldrige Excellence Framework, applicants evaluate their mission, vision, and key factors for success—building a strong organizational profile that lays the foundation for the next milestone, the Silver – Achievement in Quality Award.

We’re proud of this accomplishment and grateful to celebrate it with the residents, families, staff, and partners who make Oak Hill exceptional. 💚

What a fantastic lunch trip to Safehouse! Residents had an amazing time enjoying delicious food while soaking in the vibrant decor and atmosphere. The restaurant offered so much to explore, and the smiles around the table said it all. Great food and great company made for a perfect outing! Can't wait for our next adventure!

We are honored that they recognized our veterans with a certificate of gratitude and a gift for their dedicated service.
