Sometimes "overwhelmed" doesn’t just mean “busy.”

It means:
✨ You’re carrying more than your nervous system can hold.

We all hit moments in life where we feel like we’re on pause — unsure how to move forward, even if we *want* to.

These are called **"stuck points."** They're the mental roadblocks that keep us looping in the same thoughts, behaviors, or emotions. Often, we don’t even realize we’re stuck — we just feel drained, frustrated, or like nothing is changing.

👣 **Common Stuck Points in Daily Life:**

* You want to set boundaries, but guilt always wins.
* You keep replaying a conversation from weeks ago.
* You say “yes” when you really mean “no.”
* You feel like you should be “over it” by now… but you’re not.
* You procrastinate on things that matter to you.
* You stay in relationships or jobs that no longer feel right — because change feels scary.
