Join me and Mellisa tomorrow at our South location for Foot,Toe and Go… a retreat for your feet! 🦶

Together we will take a short nature walk on the greenbelt behind the studio, learn grounding techniques that will help us stay calm, focused and centered, enjoy a foot roll out session designed to mobilize and strengthen your feet, learn reflexology points for the Kidney meridians, make homemade brown sugar scrubs and enjoy delicious refreshments that will support our kidneys as we move into this new spring season.
