One of the best ways to describe what we do at Precision Chiropractic is to clearly differentiate between Traditional Chiropractic and Neusrostructual Chiropractic.
Traditional Chiropractic focuses on the following goals; decreasing muscle spasms, increasing range of motion, and the temporary reduction of pain. In other words the focus on relieving your symptoms. There is no doubt that they can reduce these symptoms an make you feel better. It falls under the category of symptom relief/ symptom management aka “ patch“ care. However, if your condition is related to a Neurostructural shift of the spine then you may require someone who focuses on this specific area off the spine called NeuroStructual Correction.
NeuroStructural Chiropractic
At Precision Chiropractic, our focus is on Neurostructural Correction. Think of your spine as the foundation for a building. If the foundation was off, would it be reasonable to expect the floors to creak, the drywall to crack, and for the windows to not close properly?
You now have the option of trying to cut corners and save money by spending time patching all the damage, but you would be doing so with the expectation that in a short time the problems will have to be “patched up” again and again…continually. Rather than focusing on constantly doing “patch work”, at Precision Chiropractic, we focus on fixing the underlying Neurostructural deviations on the spine that might be causing your foundation to be off.
More often than not the majority of people we see, are referrals from other healthcare professionals in the area and have a significant Neurostructural Deviations. These Deviations are the underlying cause that often reveal themselves as “symptoms”- or what we refer to as Secondary conditions.
