🌟 Another amazing Double Creek + Select Rehabilitation success story! 🌟

We are so proud of one of our amazing residents! When she first moved into Assisted Living, she was having difficulty getting around safely.

With guidance and support from therapy, she’s gained confidence and is moving around the community much more independently. She is thrilled with her progress and proud of what she’s accomplished!

Her story is a wonderful reminder of how determination and personalized care can help residents stay active and engaged in community life. 💪
