Join us on August 13th at Bellwether Counseling in Round Rock for an introductory somatic experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and deepen emotional awareness through gentle movement, breath, and presence.
Led by Shannon, our student intern and certified yoga coach, this workshop offers a supportive space to explore mind-body connection and cultivate calm from within.
