Our Angel Tree is now active through the Activity Director. Gifts will be due Monday morning, December 21.

When selecting your angel, please make sure to:
• Sign the book and sign out the angel you choose
• Keep your angel tag
• Label the gift item with the resident’s name (do not label the paper tag)
• Write your name and phone number in the book so we can send reminders if needed

You are not limited to what is listed on the tag—you may purchase any appropriate gift for the resident.

Please note:
• No heated blankets
• No candles
• No lights
