We’re excited to introduce Alexis Pruneda and Shandoline Williams to our Round Rock team!

Alexis brings a compassionate and flexible approach to therapy, focusing on creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore challenges and work toward meaningful change. She works with individuals of all ages, offering tailored sessions using a variety of therapeutic techniques. Alexis is also bilingual in English and Spanish, making therapy accessible for a wider range of clients. She is committed to walking alongside you, whether you're navigating life transitions, healing from past experiences, or seeking personal growth.

With over 12 years of experience, Shandoline specializes in supporting young people facing big emotions, anxiety, self-harm, and struggles with relationships. Her therapeutic approach helps teens and young adults build healthy coping skills and navigate difficult feelings in a safe, supportive space. Shandoline is passionate about inclusivity and is an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community, making sure every client feels heard and valued.

Our hearts go out to all those affected by the devastating Central Texas floods, including one of our own. A beloved ACW therapist and her husband lost everything – their home, their possessions, their sense of normalcy. While they are safe, their lives have been upended.

We are thrilled to introduce two incredible professionals who are joining our Georgetown team, Sarah Lackey and Shane LeBlanc!

Sarah's approach is compassionate and inclusive, using EMDR, CBT, and play therapy to support healing. Sarah’s background in trauma recovery allows her to help clients navigate anxiety, grief, and life transitions, while creating a safe, supportive space for growth.

Originally from New Orleans, Shane brings a wealth of experience, including 12 years in the Marine Corps and a decade in military tech. He’s passionate about helping those struggling with substance use and supporting children’s growth. Shane’s approach is client-centered, blending structure, leadership, and empathy to address stress, anxiety, and depression. When not working, you’ll find him cheering for LSU or on the golf course!
