Roundup Memorial Healthcare Roundup Memorial Healthcare (RMH) provides community health care for a rural population of more than 4,600 residents.

Roundup Memorial Healthcare is a 25-bed critical access hospital with an integrated provider clinic serving Musselshell, Golden Valley, Fergus, and Yellowstone Counties. There are three distinct units at the facility that provide professional healthcare to the community: our clinic, ER/hospital, and our extended care unit. Our facility, which is Medicare and Medicaid certified, offers inpatient and outpatient care, laboratory, x-ray and other diagnostic imaging, and physical therapy. We also provide specialized services and outreach clinics for hearing as well as well-woman and well-child care, care for chronic illnesses, immunizations, and more. Roundup Memorial Healthcare staffs physicians, mid-levels practitioners, and support employees that keep the facility open 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.

Last week, RMH hosted Simulation in Motion-Montana. Our team along with law enforcement and EMS practiced two separate training scenarios. On Wednesday, the team practiced management of a pregnant patient who had been involved in a traumatic situation. They assisted in delivery and care of the baby who needed additional support. Thursday, they participated in a grant-funded training which is working to bring awareness to communities that may be impacted by growing drug trends. The morning focused on a pediatric patient who was exposed accidentally. That afternoon they gathered for a tabletop discussion that brought together community members to provide a more global viewpoint on how to work together to assist various patients. Thank you to all who participated!
