Known in Hot 26.2 as Awkward pose and as Chair Pose in Vinyasa Flow and Yoga Sculpt.
This exercise is an isometric hold that strengthens the calf muscles, hamstrings, quads, glutes, abs, low mid and upper back, shoulders, triceps, and forearms all at once, talk about a full body workout!!..
