Soul Sisterhood

A space for girls to discover their own inner beauty and bond together in sisterhood! It’s not easy growing up... At Buddhaful Souls, our intention is to cultivate strong, vibrant and soulful girls.

A girl who feels worthy, lives with purpose, and shines her light. girls will be immersed in weekly yoga, mindfulness practices, self-discovery, crafts, games and mentorship. Arrive with an open mind and heart and a willingness to grow into your Be.YOU.tiful self.

Our 200-hour yoga teacher trainees opened our morning with a photo shoot (before our self-care day).

It’s not always easy and can be uncomfortable to get your photo taken.

We first started with a few grounding breaths and then we owned all the feelings showing up.

We asked them to arrive in with their full presence and be authentically themselves.

We created an even more beautiful bond between each other.

YTT Self-Care Day 🌱

Today felt sacred.

We gifted our Yoga Teacher Trainees time within our holistic spa and wellness services.

To soften the edges, to quiet the noise, to come back to the truth of who they are beneath all the doing.

There was a holiness in the space today.
In the quiet. In the slow, intentional movements between each offering. In the gentle, elevated conversations... and in the moments where no words were needed at all.

You could feel the nervous systems unwinding.
You could feel the walls coming down.

You could feel the way presence was weaving each of them closer together.

I had tears in my eyes throughout the day.
Because this is the yoga.
The kind that lives in the unseen, in the stillness, in the spaces where we meet ourselves fully.

This is the work that feels sacred.
This is the work that feels like my soul.

Today was a blessing.

You can always tell it’s Yoga Teacher Training day…

The bags get bigger.
The arms get fuller.
Mats, journals, water bottles, snacks, layers, maybe a crystal or two.

And somehow… it’s never just “stuff”

It’s everything you’re carrying.
Everything you’re working through.
Everything you’re ready to grow into.

You don’t show up empty.
You show up real.

And that’s exactly where the practice begins.
