My wife bought some glucose monitors. We both have some family history and she wanted to see how our blood sugars were, but she wanted me to be the guinea pig. I wore the monitor for the first two weeks. The app shows the measurements moment to moment and you can see the effect of everything you eat and drink. My first day I was around 75% in the healthy range. But by being more careful and reading labels for carbs and sugars (which I didn't really do before this) I learned very quickly to stay in the range 95+ percent of the time. In the first two weeks by making better choices and trying to "get good scores" I lost 10 Ibs. Each monitor lasts 15 days. I took a few weeks off and am back at it again. Very informative. Would recommend.

Dry needling is performing acupuncture with very minimal training on needling. Typically other professions take a weekend course or two and in many states it is illegal. Acupuncturists take a master's degree or more that require thousands of hours of training. Dry needlers typically take 10x fewer hours of training—so more risk, less training and experience.

Irish medics have warned of “the danger and potentially significant consequences of dry-needling”.

Two birds, one bathroom. No, but really, stay hydrated. It’s important and in the winter when you are not hot and sweaty it’s easier to forget you need to drink at least 6-8 glasses of water every day. Hydrate!!
