We are now open!

Chiropractors are considered an "essential business" in MA.

In our efforts to help patients, but also keep you and us safe, we have implemented various protocols. These include, but are not limited to, the following:

1) We have implemented the Massachusetts COVID-19 Control Plan which complies with mandatory safety standards for operation including the following: social distancing, hygiene protocols, staffing & operations, and cleaning & disinfecting.

2) In our efforts to meet and exceed these requirements the following are also in effect:
a) Pre-entry temperature screenings (CDC guidelines state a fever is equal to or greater the 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit). Patients must wait outside the office for this screening before entering the office.
b) Only one patient is allowed in the office at a time (except for immediate family members who are also patients).
c) Patients will be scheduled every 30 minutes which will allow for proper disinfection protocols.
d) All patient contact surfaces including, but not limited to, the front desk area, doorknobs and jambs, tables (including face and arm rests), and credit card terminals will be cleaned/disinfected between patients.

3) The office will be locked to prevent unauthorized entry.

4) Patients are required to wear a mask of face covering that covers their nose and mouth when inside the office.

We look forward to seeing and helping you! Call us at (978) 948-8180 to schedule an appointment!

With the beautiful Spring weather the past few days, be sure to keep your back safe when working in the yard.

Although the office remains closed due to Covid-19, let me know if you have any questions about how to self-manage any neuromusculoskeletal complaints.

We are now in week 3 of social distancing and as a chiropractor it's impossible to remain 6 feet away from a patient. In our efforts to keep our patients, the public, and our family safe and protected our office remains closed.

As I mentioned previously, this is an opportune time to focus on our own personal approaches to health. Walk and stretch; don't sit all day. Try new home-cooked healthy recipes; don't rely on meals (snacks) in a bag. Drink lots of water and get plenty of sleep.

Remember to stay a safe distance from others and wash your hands frequently and thoroughly.

This is a very difficult time for all of us. As we work on social distancing ourselves, this means that for now our office will not be able to see patients. It's impossible for a chiropractor to stay 6' away and still work with a patient!

I am sorry I won't be able to help those of you who need and want the treatments I provide for a while. As best as possible, try to manage any complaints on your own: ice, heat, stretch, walk. Some of you might even try OTC meds (although as a DC I can't suggest that).

Go outside! Walk! Look up at the sky, trees, birds, moon, and stars. Reconnect with nature while moving your neck and back into extension. This will help counteract all the time we usually spend sitting and looking at our phones.

All small businesses are worried and need help. Support those you can now and remember the others when we get beyond this.

If you are interested and while you have time on your hands, here is the link to the line of supplements we offer through the practice:

www.nutrametrix.com/whitechiro

I suggest starting with the "Nutri-Physical," a symptom survey that will help guide you to the right supplements. If you have any questions on the recommendations, please call the office (I can't answer your questions on FB) and I'll get back in touch with you.

I will keep you posted on changes and when we plan to re-open. Be kind and patient with everyone!
