Last weekend these phenomenal humans ran with their heart and soul and totally lit up the Boston 10k for Women 🔥.



Ladies, myself and the entire S5 community could not be more damn PROUD of each and everyone of you!!!! The has proven (once again) to be the most feel-good, fun af, women supporting women, races out there. After six years of our Run Club participating in this event, it will no doubt be an annual thing for our killer crew.



Swipe left to see our badass run club coach (and instructor) who continuously devotes so much time, love, and effort with our run club crew year after glorious year! Somehow during training runs (ok sprints!) from the back of the pack to the front of the pack over and over again just to check with every runner to make sure they all feel encouraged & supported. On average she 4+ miles more than the runners because well shes a tad tapped (and we know this 😂) and just cares THAT much and wants every single person to succeeed! Thanks for all that you’ve done and all that you continue to do for S5 and our run club! You’re the absolute best and we all just want you to know how appreciated you are! Love you ……

S5 10K + Half Marathon Training ⚡️



Over the past six years, S5 Rub Club has trained hundreds of clients to successfully complete 5K, 10K, 10-mile, and half marathons. This fall we are bringing back two (yes two!) of our most popular training programs; the 10K (6.2 miles) and the half marathon (13.1 miles) and we couldn’t be more excited about this!



How do we combine two running programs?
It’s simple.



🏃🏼‍♀️ Weeks 1-6: 10K Training (optional race on October 8th)!

🏃🏼‍♀️ Weeks 1-10: Half Marathon Training (4 more weeks together!)
Optional race on November 8th!



Both programs will begin on Sunday, August 28th. All runners will train together up until week six! Thereafter our half marathoners will continue training for an additional 4-weeks.



Registration is now LIVE in mindbody. Reserve your spot ASAP!!

Hey gals! Our Sunday schedule has changed so we could kickoff your Mother’s Day extra special. Wake-up, put on your party-pants leggings, and head over to the studio with your “somebody special” for a sweaty (and bubbly 🥂 morning).

Our annual Mother's Day event is back! Join and this Sunday at 8:30am🌸

We love any reason to celebrate, but above all reasons, celebrating all the hardworking mama's out there, trumps all.

We could not ask for a better community of women at S5, all of you so incredibly strong in both mind and body. You all inspire us daily and there's no better way to thank you than a kick-ass workout & a toast to your awesome-ness in motherhood and life.

We’ve had such an outpouring of positive feedback from our S5 Back to Basics, Square One program, we figured it’s time to add the missing piece, NUTRITION!



We are very fortunate that one of our very own instructors is also a Registered Dietitian, (she’s a rare bird and so very hard to find!). Kailey has curated this 2-week program specifically for those looking to:

🍎 Increase Energy and shake-off the winter blues.

🍊 Reduce Stress.

🥑 Improve mental + physical health.

🫐 Nourish + move your body.

🫑 Increase physical strength.

🥦 Sleep better.

🥕 Reset mind + body after a tough few years.



This 2-week program includes (but is not limited to):



• Two 1~hour nutrition-based workshops.

• Eight in-studio classes with the Back to Basics crew.

•. Private FB page LOADED with all the good stuff (think recipes, workouts, meal prep to help REDUCE stress on the kitchen, etc).

Calling ALL walkers & joggers, this beginner 5k training program is just for you!



Our 5k training program was designed specifically for beginners or those who have not exercised in a while. This program is a 6-week, slow and steady progression up to 3.2 miles (5k) by increasing your mileage week by week. The group will meet at the Bradford Tavern on Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings. Together everyone will walk/jog to the Rowley Commons where the training will take place! Your coach, alongside guest appearances by S5 Instructors, will help guide and support you every step (or stride) of the way ❤️



We begin on Wednesday, April 27th and wrap up Saturday, June 11th. There is a race on Sunday, June 12th in Newburyport that we encourage participants to attend, but its not mandatory. More details to follow on that!



We are limiting this program to 25 lucky ladies and expect it to sell out fast, so consider registering today! If you go to our mindbody site, it’s posted under the tab “5k Training” (brilliant, I know 😂). The cost is $99 or if you want to add a 10-class package for (studio classes) to help you cross train, it’s $199 ($40 off our regular class package price!).

(this one’s been a long time coming, LOL) has FINALLY made S5 payroll 🥳😂👏🏼



We are THRILLED to announce that Lynn is launching a program that she’s incredibly passionate about and includes a few of her favorite things; making new friends, community, annnnnnnd running ofc ❤️.



S5 5k Training is something she and I have been plotting and scheming for months now. This is not your typical C25K because Lynn wanted to do more & make this program uniquely hers. Pretty sure she nailed it!!!



Calling all local human beings who want to get their bodies moving again but are unsure where or how to start, this program is just for YOU!



The S5 5k Training is a beginner level program that takes things “slow & steady” meaning walkers welcome! Joggers welcome! Everyone is welcome. (Coach) Lynn alongside S5 created this program to get bodies outside, moving, laughing, and reaching some pretty amazing goals, together.



Welcome Lynnie P. You’re an angel and the life of the party and we are thrilled to let you take the lead on this. You’re gonna kill it, sister and help so many reach some pretty incredible goals 😘

Second Big Announcement 💫



Let’s give a warm S5 welcome to our new yogi instructor, Meredith! The universe work can in harmonious ways and this budding relationship is going to flourish bc y’all are going to love her & her, you. BONUS, her schedule allows her the ability to teach for you early birds and my evening crew who’s been asking for yoga for a while now. You’re welcome 🙏🏼! She’s a@former marathon runner turned yogi by way of trying to heal a sore and overused body. A story many of us can relate to 😂

Meredith Winchell (RYT 200) is passionate about the positive impact of yoga, believing that having a healthy mind, body, and heart is essential to self care and overall well-being. Meredith enjoys taking these practices off the mat throughout her daily life to stay regulated, positive and calm. Meredith is also a 20 year elementary school art teacher, as well as a happily married mom of three. She enjoys painting landscapes, running, and spending time with her family and rescue pups in her spare time.

First of several announcements 💫



Welcome to S5 Tribe ! We are absolutely thrilled you decided to put your instructor cap back on join us ❤️



Let’s show Errin some love, S5!! Her schedule is as follows:

The good stuff…..

Errin’s love for spin and fitness began in high school. She would wake up early and have her mom drive her to classes before the sun came up. In college, she began instructing and did an overhaul of the schools fitness program. She managed 7 instructors and taught 16+ classes a week. Errin continued her instructing career for a couple of years after college on the northshore, but took some time off once she started her career as a teacher. Errin is so excited to be back behind the mic helping others feel good inside and out. When Errin’s not at the gym, you can catch her out on the boat in the summer and hitting the slopes skiing in the winter. As a client to S5 first, instructor second, she knows the importance of community and cant wait to give back!
