Center update....
I have a new location in mind in Durham. Currently exploring a buildout with tentative reopening late April or May 2026.

In the mean time, I'm exploring setting up a temporary space in Durham with one egg operational.

I'm taking appointments at the Roxboro location through 1/14/26.

More to come as it unfolds.

BIG News!!

A Sacred Shift at The Happy Sol

After 4 years at our current location, The Happy Sol is preparing to move. Our lease is ending, and the time has come for us to follow the next step in our journey.

While I had hoped to remain through the winter, the building is undergoing changes that require us to relocate sooner than expected. That said, I will continue serving you throughout this transition—both energetically and practically.

In-person sessions will conclude by January 14, 2026 and will resume late January.
Remote sessions will conclude by January 14, 2026 and will resume January 21, 2026.

This move is not a closing—it’s an opening! A new center is forming, and I would love for you to be part of that evolution.

I get asked all the time how sound therapy works to aid healing. This video does a fantastic job explaining how it affects our brain which in turn affects healing throughout the whole body. Some of Yuval Ron's music is used in/with the Harmonic Egg.

This video/training starts around 12.5 minute mark. Study results and resources also provided towards the end.

Definitely worth a listen. I played it at double time with no issues so feel free to adjust the playback speed as needed.
