October 1, 2025, means that we can no longer provide medical gender-affirming care (hormones and puberty blockers) to patients under 19.

How Are We Supporting Impacted Patients?
Body:
Our first priority was our patients. Our care teams reached out directly to families in order to bridge any care needs and connect them with trusted providers who are not affected by these restrictions.
These conversations were filled with acknowledgement for how hard this change has been, and reassurance that Fenway is still able to provide all other care and services for our patients.
In addition to focusing on our patients, we have been listening to you - our communities. We hear your concerns, share your sorrow and appreciate your feedback.
