Who are the classes and workshops for?
They’re designed for workplaces, youth, women, and families. There are offered for any adult looking for new, accessible ways to move their body, support their wellbeing, and connect with others in a meaningful way.

Why does this work exist?
Because community matters and comprehensive classes that address the physical, social, emotional and spiritual aspects of wellbeing are either non-existent or inaccessible for many people. These classes are made possible through beautiful partnerships with organizations, schools, libraries, and shared spaces that believe wellness should be inclusive, creative, and welcoming—not intimidating nor exclusive.

Right now, I’m teaching in Somerville through the Somerville Public Library, and I’ll continue sharing more about the impact of this work and how you can take a class or workshop.

✨ Something new is coming soon—stay tuned

Our Dance and Wellness Series at the Somerville Public Library has begun, and I’m really grateful to be sharing this space with such thoughtful and engaged community members.

These classes are designed to offer a balance of movement, learning, and connection.

Participants can expect a full hour of dance fitness and movement to recharge and reconnect with their bodies, along with accessible conversation around wellness topics such as stress, resilience, and emotional well-being. Each session also includes time to reflect, share experiences, and build community through guided discussion and practical tools.

✨ 2025 reflections ✨
Swipe through a year of movement, growth, and change →

2025 asked me to pause, reassess, and make intentional choices about how I show up in this work. It brought moments of uncertainty, important endings, and opportunities to realign with what truly matters.

While some paths closed, others became clearer. I’m ending the year with stronger relationships, deeper confidence, clearer direction, and renewed purpose.

I’m deeply grateful to everyone who danced, collaborated, opened doors, shared feedback, and believed in this journey. You shaped this year more than you know.

Stepping into 2026 feeling lighter, grounded, and excited — with fresh energy, new ideas, and lots more movement ahead.
Stay tuned… exciting changes are coming 💫💃

As we wrap up our latest wellness series at the Watertown Free Public Library, I’m feeling deeply grateful to continue offering a space where people can come together to move, dance, reflect, and get to know others in their community.

This programming it’s about fun, movement, and sharing space while also opening the door to meaningful conversations about wellness and self-care. It offers a gentle pause to check in with ourselves, notice where we are, and reflect alongside others in a supportive environment.

Thank you for welcoming us into this space, and for the ongoing partnership that makes this work possible.

Happy holidays!
Reflecting on an Incredible Year of Growth and Expansion!
✨What a transformative year it has been — both professionally and personally! Thrive in Motion continues to grow with so much heart, purpose, and community support. Here are some highlights I’m thrilled to share:

Expanded Access & Reach
This year, I offered bilingual wellness classes in Spanish and English across 9 communities throughout Boston, providing free and accessible programming to over 200 people! Movement, connection, and wellness truly brought us together.

🌟 Impact
Participants are consistently reporting that the classes and workshops have supported their wellbeing by:
Encouraging them to move and exercise
Help them connect with others
Experience stress reduction

🤝 Powerful Collaborations
I’m deeply grateful for the partnerships that helped expand Thrive in Motion’s reach and impact. Together, we created supportive spaces for movement, joy, and connection with:
Casa Esperanza • Waystone Health & Human Services • Rafael Hernandez Bilingual School • Mattapan Food & Fitness Coalition • Waltham, Watertown & Somerville Public Libraries • Watertown Public Schools • Open Wings Childcare Center • Smart from the Start •
Takeda • Alex’s Team Foundation • Sociedad Latina • Watertown, Newton & Cambridge Community Adult Education • Live Well Watertown

📈 Business Growth & Recognition
Thrive in Motion became officially established as an LLC and is now recognized by both Boston and the State of Massachusetts as a small, women-owned, and minority-owned business. This a milestone that means so much and will help us grow even more in the upcoming years.

💛 Long-Term Partnerships Supporting Mental Health
This year also brought meaningful collaborations with Art Pharmacy and Birch House, helping make wellness programming accessible for individuals experiencing mental health challenges and isolation.

✨ Looking Ahead to 2026
I am incredibly grateful for every person, organization, and community who has danced, learned, reflected, and grown with me. Thrive in Motion is entering 2026 with renewed purpose — ready to expand, deepen impact, and continue making wellness accessible, joyful, and culturally grounded.
Thank you all for being part of this journey.
Here’s to more movement, connection, and growth in the year ahead! 💃✨
