It’s meet week and we are excited and ready for State this weekend!

As we head into State Week, we want every athlete to know how incredibly proud we are of everything you’ve accomplished this season. The growth, the perseverance, the confidence you’ve built it hasn’t gone unnoticed. You’ve earned this moment.

Be excited. This is what you’ve been working for.

Remember, nerves are normal and they’re a good thing. It means you care. It means you’re ready. When those nerves show up, don’t fight them… trust your training. Trust the countless hours, the corrections, the repetitions, and the hard work you’ve put in.

Go out there with focus, but also with the mindset to enjoy it. Compete free. Support your teammates. Bring energy. Be the kind of teammate that lifts everyone around you.

At the end of the day, let the chips fall where they may… because if you give your best effort and stay present in the moment, that’s success. You’re all Champions!
