I am happy to announce that I will be teaming up with MINT Physical Therapy to grow a combined vision of high quality, one on one physical therapy. We are a hybrid of mobile and in-clinic/gym therapy. I will represent MINT in Weber and Davis counties.

Dry Needling Storytime:
I was working with a client today with hamstring pain at its origin point on the sit bone. After trying several interventions with no change, I needled the origin point. When we finished 2 minutes later, the client was able to sit with little to no discomfort.

I just attended a vision board workshop with Annadel Lemon. She coached us through how to maximize the power this tool can offer to help achieve our dreams. Great job Annadel!
