It’s one of the most popular phrases in our industry… “kids, young adults just aren’t built the same, are scared to work” Grateful to say our culture and team defies that slogan.. with 15 guys under the age of 30 and a-good portion of those guys first excavation job being with us. Most our crews put in a 55+ hour work week this week and we were laying pipe faster than backfill could keep up & 18 years old calls me at 6 last night and wants to come in and get some seat time and improve his skills and get us caught up on backfill and sends this picture at the end of the day.
Alexis Acosta doing the same thing today to get us ahead on another project, we never ask or expect our guys to work weekends or take away from there family but when they do it un asked it hits different! Sunday funday! Took the kids on a Sunday drive in there favorite big truck with the sleeper 😁… moved some equipment, Madden learned to load and unload the skid & mini off the trailer, Harlow got her first time alone in a skid loader.. while Madden drove them all! Just trying to raise some diversified kids 😂…
