If you are a woman/non-binary individual that identifies with women's communities, you are invited to join and share with us at a FREE in-person Sharing Circle at 7:00 pm on Tuesday evenings at Free Living Recovery, LLC in the Zupac Studio, 1719 Crooks Road, Royal Oak, Michigan! SHE RECOVERS© welcomes anyone in or seeking recovery from:

*Substance use *Trauma *Codependency *Anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues *Disordered eating and other food-related issues *Body dysmorphia and shame *Gaming, gambling, or shopping addiction *Grief and loss *Burnout or moral injury *Workaholism *Love or s*x addiction *Abuse *Divorce *Cancer *Chronic Illness *Oppression and/or *Any other life issue/challenge from which we hope to heal.

SAY IT

Never be afraid to let someone know,
if they brightened the room they just walked into.

Or if something they said, inspired you to change.

Never be embarrassed to share a compliment with a stranger and don’t ever fall into the trap of believing that the people you love know that.

Say it. Always say it.

Your words may land a little awkwardly at first but in the still of the night, those seeds will plant themselves into someone’s mental garden, grow roots, gather strength and start to bloom.

There is nothing better you can do with your words than plant a precious seed.

Sow seeds, wherever you go.
