Last Saturday we gathered for our Soft Life Saturday workshop, a space dedicated to slowing down, reconnecting with our bodies, and learning tools for stress relief and somatic healing.

What a beautiful reminder of how powerful community care can be. From grounding practices to shared moments of calm, the room was filled with intention, openness, and restoration.
