LET'S TALK --- PERSONALIZED CARE PLANS 😀 😀

In Senior Living, Communities will say they create personalized care plans tailored to each Resident. Yes, this is absolutely true. The basics of these plans are the foundation and need to be on point every day (medications, grooming, nutrition, etc, etc.)

YET.....I tell people that the real magic of PERSAONLIZED CARE PLANS is what you see here. The little things that make someone smile and feel truly cared for each day.

So on this day, it was an unplanned walk outside to enjoy the beautiful sunshine ☀️ 🌞 and some easy conversation!! That is personalized care plans in action!!

BONUS - This picture was totally unplanned as well. I stepped outside to take a phone call and on my way back in saw Miss Pamela and Miss Palmer strolling along chatting it up ☺️
