Welcome to Van Every Family Chiropractic Center located in Royal Oak Michigan. Our purpose at Van Every Family Chiropractic Center located on Rochester Road in Royal Oak is to find and correct subluxations, provide chiropractic care appropriate for each individual, focusing on family, women, children, infant, baby, pregnant women, and elderly care and educate our community on how to live healthier lives so that they subluxate less. How we do this in our office is through a chiropractic technique called Koren Specific Technique, or KST. This revolutionary chiropractic technique is probably unlike any treatment you may have experienced in another office. It is very different than manual adjusting, because there is no cracking, popping or twisting. Most chiropractic adjustments, in fact, will be done with the patient standing up. We use a chiropractic tool called the Arthrostim to tap the bone into place, instead of using our hands to manually adjust. This tool allows us to easily and comfortably adjust any bone, including your cranial bones. An overwhelming amount of our patients have had amazing results with the KST technique, including many who have not responded to being manually adjusted or have come to our office because they have “tried everything else” without success. Why is Dr Zach holding 2 gallons of olive oil? 🤪

Olive oil is one of the most evidence-backed “health fats” when it’s actually extra virgin olive oil.

Why.
It delivers polyphenols that support lower inflammation and oxidative stress.
It also contains oleocanthal, a compound shown to have ibuprofen-like anti-inflammatory activity.

Unfortunately, most store bought olive oils is cut with unhealthy seed oils.

My Christmas gift from Dr. Saylor was 2 gallons of a Lebanese olive oil from Oasis Market, sourced from near the owner’s hometown. He told me it’s not sprayed and not cut with cheaper oils.

Things to look for when picking out olive oil:

Dark glass or tin
