Local Residents: Lori Woodford, FN, will be facilitating a weekly "Basics of Nutrition" support group starting in November in the same buildings at our Royse City office. This request has been made by several of our congregation members and is available through our partnership with Texas Health Resources. This will be a FREE support group with a focus on weight loss, inflammation, and how nutrition affects chronic conditions like cardiac disease, diabetes, autoimmune disorders, and gastrointestinal conditions. Each week will include education as it pertains to our overall wellness, along with group discussion. If you are interested in participating, please choose from the following what day and time of the week will work best for you:

Wednesdays @ 10:00 AM

Wednesdays @ 6:00 PM

I will hold an information session prior to starting the weekly meetings for questions, and to review the overall content-date of the information session coming soon-stay tuned!
