Rudyard Area Schools YAC (Youth Advisory Council) collected Thanksgiving fixings and purchased turkeys to donate to families in need. We still have turkeys and all of the fixings available. If you could benefit from a turkey donation please reach out to the Wellness Center at 478-3771 ext. 2224 or message us on Facebook to coordinate pick up or delivery. Turkeys will be donated on a first come first serve basis. Happy Thanksgiving!

We’re wrapping up Red Ribbon Week today! This year’s theme was “Life is a Movie, Film Drug Free.” Students signed pledges to remain drug and alcohol free and participated in a door decorating contest! There were lots of great entries - YAC members selected Mrs. Millers 3rd grade’s door for the Elementary winner and Mrs. Pearsalls 5th hours entry as the MS/HS winner!

I wish everyone could have experienced the joy and excitement these kids were able to experience when they found out they were grand prize winners on friday. What a blessing to be able to offer a new program here and see children take ownership over daily choices that help imact their health and wellness. 🚲❤️ Keep it up Bulldogs!

34 very lucky 4th & 6th graders are going to be happy winners today with new bikes, scooters, or skateboards!

We have been blessed in the School Wellness Program to expand our reach and implement “The Change Project” this year. We are so proud of our students and cannot wait to see their reactions.

Huge thank you to Duncan Auctions, Meijer, and Walmart and all the RAS staff that have helped make this project a success. ❤️
