Join Terra once a month for a relaxing yoga sesh!
This 90-minute experience is designed to gently guide your body out of stress and into a state of deep rest and regulation.
Through long-held restorative yoga postures, calming breathwork, and therapeutic hands-on touch focused on the neck, shoulders, head, and upper body, we’ll invite the nervous system to soften, unwind, and restore its natural rhythm.
This is not a workout.
This is a place to exhale.
With a small group of just six participants, each person will receive individualized attention and nurturing touch in a quiet, supportive environment. You’ll leave feeling grounded, spacious, and more at home in your body.
This practice is especially supportive if you are:
• Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally fatigued
• Living with chronic stress or tension
• In recovery, grief, or a season of transition
• Craving rest that goes deeper than sleep
No yoga experience is necessary. All bodies are welcome.
