We Are Temporarily Closing Our Doors

We hope you had a wonderful holiday with your friends and loved ones! We write this email with a heaviness in our hearts but optimism for the future. At this time, we have not yet finalized our new space and will need to temporarily pause our services. Our last day of classes will be Sunday, 12/31.....

Hi all! This will be our new temporary home starting next Friday!! We've had to unexpectedly leave our current space and have been so kind to let us use their new space next door, called the Annex. Please reach out if you have any questions. We hope to make the transition as smooth as possible as we continue to look for a new permanent home!

Here are some changes to this week's schedule to due to the holiday and other unexpected events.

Today, 11/21 - 4pm Power Yoga is canceled
Thursday, 11/23 - 4pm Hatha and 5:30pm Meditation are canceled
Friday, 11/24 - 8:30am Vinyasa Flow is canceled

All other classes will remain open,

Also, on Saturday and Sunday in honor of Small Business Saturday, we'll be taking 25% off all retail! Come check out what we have to offer, from Slightly Buddha to Gaiam before or after you take a class this weekend.

She will be providing acupuncture focusing on three chakras, or energy centers, along with sound healing. This Saturday, 11/18, from 4:30-6pm.
