Roma tomatoes and tomatillos went in the ground! We started these in the greenhouse this year and it’s been a learning curve. Every year my goal is to learn to grow on a larger and larger scale. All while maintaining organic and regenerative practices. I’m excited to see the yield we get this year! 🍅

Our area is in the middle of a drought but the blueberries seem to be progressing on schedule.

An important announcement to note: we will not be at the farmer’s market this year. We hope to be back at it next year, but every season is different and this is a season I have been called to slow down and prioritize the reason I do this, which is caring for the land and my family.

That being said, keep an eye on our page for announcements on local pop-ups. We will still have berries available through Wild + Woven , so please make sure to follow if you don’t already. And porch pick-up and u-pick reservation will become available once the berries are ready.

Did you know that you can find our duck eggs at Bucket List Homestead? Duck eggs are a great alternative if you are allergic to chicken eggs. They are higher in protein if you are an active gym goer. And their higher fat content produces richer, moister, and fluffier baked goods that rise better. Give them a try!

A big thank you to the neighbors that dropped off pumpkins on Thanksgiving day! Our goats had a wonderful Thanksgiving feast! If you still have pumpkins hanging around and are looking for something do to with them, just drop them off at the front of the gate and we’ll either feed them to the animals or compost them for you!
