Just a reminder as we get closer to opening day, “an actual opening date will be posted soon” we will be offering private individualized and group personal training. Located on Bernard Lane next to the coffee shop. We will be the only gym in the area that offers “private” training, this means when you are in the gym no one else is allowed in. We understand it can be scary and nerve-racking for some of us just simply being in the gym. That's why at our gym we take out most of those outside factors and it is just you and the trainer so you can focus on improving your health. Depending on your goals a typical training session could consist of strength training, weight management, power lifting, conditioning, and meal planning. If you are an athlete or a parent of an athlete, we would love the opportunity to help train you. Focusing on things such as strength & speed training, conditioning, weight gain/loss, technique & form, etc. Spots are beginning to fill up fast, if you are interested in more information or want to sign up, send us a message, thank you!
