Dakota leads with compassion, humility, and firsthand understanding—meeting men exactly where they are and walking alongside them with hope and accountability. His heart for recovery and servant leadership make a powerful impact every single day.

“I enjoy working for SPARC because it gives me a chance to help another addict and alcoholic out of the dark abyss of addiction like another addict and alcoholic once helped me. Leaning on each other is the only way we get through this.”

🎓 Celebrating Our Graduates 🎓

Today we are proud to celebrate Michael Walters, Joshua Walker, and Kyle Henson as they complete the SPARC program. Each of these men has shown courage, commitment, and perseverance on their recovery journey, and we couldn’t be more proud of the hard work they’ve put in to get here.

As they step into this next chapter, we’re reminded:

Yesterday, our clients spent time in clinical TBH using art as a tool for emotional regulation and creative expression. 🖼️✨

They wanted to share their artwork with all of you, and we’re proud of the healthy coping skills they’re learning and practicing every day.

Celebrating Bill Brock today!

Bill celebrated two years in recovery on November 30th, and we are so proud of the man he is and the life he continues to build. A SPARC graduate and a valued member of our transportation team, Bill shows up every day with commitment, gratitude, and a heart to serve.

Here’s what recovery means to him:
“Recovery means the world to me—I put it first and foremost. Without recovery, drugs and alcohol once again become my higher power, and when this happens nothing else matters. Since being here at SPARC, I have obtained my driver’s license, held a job, and been able to take care of myself because I feel now I’m worth it. It means a lot to me to be in recovery because I feel I have a purpose in life, and I love being happy, joyous, and free. It’s a new high.”

We’re grateful for Bill, his hard work, and the example he sets for everyone around him. Keep going, Bill! 🎉👏
