Excited to see KRV continuing to grow and reach new communities. 🌟

Recently, we celebrated the graduation of the very first Certified Logistics Associate (CLA) class held at the Goodwill Opportunity Center in West Louisville. This milestone represents more than just a new class—it’s a new opportunity to serve a new population while equipping individuals with valuable workforce skills.

We are incredibly proud of these graduates for the hard work and dedication they’ve shown throughout the program. Opportunities like this help open doors to employment, stability, and a brighter future.

A special thank you to our partners at Goodwill for helping make this opportunity possible. We’re grateful for the partnership and excited to see how this program continues to grow and impact lives.

Congratulations to our first CLA graduates! 🌟

🌟 Celebrating 7 Years in Recovery 🌟

On March 2nd, our Founder, Owner, and CFO, Scott Wells, celebrated 7 years in recovery.

Scott’s journey is a powerful reminder that transformation is possible. Because someone once believed in him and helped guide him toward a new life, he has dedicated himself to doing the same for others. Through SPARC, that desire has grown into a place where men are given the opportunity to find hope, healing, and a fresh start.

We are incredibly grateful for Scott’s leadership, his heart for recovery, and his commitment to helping others experience the same freedom he has found.

Congratulations on 7 years, Scott. Your story continues to impact so many lives. 🌟

We’re celebrating Tess Dockery and her incredible milestone—3 years in recovery as of February 23rd! 🌟

Tess serves on our team as a billing specialist, and we are so grateful for the role she plays in supporting the work happening every day at SPARC.

Tess shared what recovery means to her:

“Today, I wake up clear-headed, fully present for my kids, grateful for my work, continuing to heal, and so grateful to Jesus for guiding my recovery journey.”

Recovery stories like Tess’s are powerful reminders that lasting change is possible. We’re thankful to have her on our team and honored to celebrate this milestone with her.

Congratulations on 3 years, Tess! 🌟

A big congratulations to four men who reached an incredible milestone on Friday! 🌟

Robert Abbott, Jon Ahline, Ronnie Roark, and Aaron Waters have officially graduated from SPARC. Completing this program takes commitment, perseverance, and a willingness to pursue a new way of life—and these men have shown just that.

We are proud of the work they’ve put in and the growth they’ve demonstrated along the way. Graduation is not the end of the journey, but the beginning of a new chapter filled with opportunity, purpose, and continued recovery.

Join us in celebrating Robert, Jon, Ronnie, and Aaron as they take this next step forward. 🌟

On March 1st, our Transportation Director Justin Woodall — better known around here as “Woody” — celebrated 3 years in recovery. 🌟

Woody’s journey is a powerful reminder of what recovery truly means and the impact it can have not only on one life, but on countless others.

Woody shared what recovery means to him:

“Recovery to me means that I’m once again living and not just existing or going through the motions in life. I wake up every day purpose-driven, knowing that I’m making a difference for someone. It has given me back my family and peace of mind, as well as opened new doors to things I once thought I could never accomplish.”

Every day, Woody uses his story to serve the men in our program—helping them get where they need to go and showing them that a new life is possible.

Congratulations on 3 years, Woody. We’re grateful for your leadership, your heart for others, and the impact you make every single day. 🌟

Snow falling outside and a new beginning inside. ❄️🌟

This video was taken last week at our new residential treatment facility — SPARC at Cedar Creek — just as snow was falling. After weeks of hard work fixing up this location, we were excited to officially welcome the first group of men through the doors.

Every room prepared and every improvement made represents another opportunity for a life to change. We’re grateful for this new space and for the many men who will begin their recovery journey here in the months and years ahead. 🌟

This achievement represents more than completing a class — it’s about building confidence, learning how to steward finances wisely, preparing for meaningful employment, and taking real steps toward long-term stability in recovery.

At SPARC, we believe recovery is about more than sobriety. It’s about equipping men with the tools they need to thrive in the real world — financially, professionally, and personally.

We are proud of the work these gentlemen have put in and excited for what’s ahead. 🌟

Today we celebrate THREE incredible victories 🌟

Marcus Strausbaugh, Brian Ockerman, and Benjamin Frizzle all came to SPARC committed to changing their lives — and today, all three have officially phased up in Drug Court.

This is more than completing a program.
This is accountability.
This is perseverance.
This is transformation.

Phasing up in Drug Court represents countless early mornings, hard conversations, group sessions, meetings, setbacks overcome, and a decision — made daily — to choose recovery. These men put in the work, leaned into the process, and refused to quit.

We are so proud of the growth they’ve shown and the men they have become. Their stories are proof that recovery is possible and that a second chance can lead to a completely new life.

Please join us in congratulating Marcus, Brian, and Benjamin on this major milestone 🌟

The best is still ahead.

We have one more graduate from yesterday who deserves a huge congratulations — Daylon Richards. 👏

Daylon showed what real commitment looks like: choosing growth, putting in the work, and staying focused on the bigger picture even when the path wasn’t easy. Yesterday wasn’t just a ceremony — it was a powerful reminder that change is possible and progress is earned one step at a time.

We’re proud of you, Daylon. Keep building the life you’ve been working for — this is only the beginning.
