Russell County Hospital will be rolling out new patient statements. These are more user-friendly and offer convenient payment options, including:

• IVR (interactive voice response)
• QR code
• Secure online payment via URL

Please see an example of what the new statements will look like. We wanted to give our patients advanced notice before sending these out to reduce any confusion on where the statements are coming from. We are excited for this new look!
