Workforce Development Manager Lesya Feinstein represented UK King's Daughters on a panel at the 11th Annual Kentucky Workforce Summit in Lexington, Ky. in February.

The panel, titled Filling the Scrubs: Growing Kentucky's Healthcare Talent Pipeline, included fellow healthcare leaders from across the region. It was an important conversation on how we can come together as healthcare employers to create a thriving workforce in our community.

Lesya got to inform exhibitors on the accomplishments of the Workforce Institute, including a strong partnership with Ashland Community and Technical College, and the ever-evolving HOPE Program.

UK King’s Daughters is hiring for two key roles: Workforce Planning Lead and Workforce Planning Coordinator.

If you enjoy working with data, identifying trends and helping leaders make informed staffing decisions, this could be a great fit. In these roles, you’ll partner with HR, finance and department leaders to track headcount, support forecasting and align hiring plans with organizational goals.

This work goes beyond spreadsheets. It helps shape how we hire, budget for and support the teams who care for patients across our region.

What we’re looking for:
• 2-3 years of related, paid experience
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate across departments
• SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
