How to Enter:
Stop by our office and fill out a raffle ticket to enter your child into the drawing!
Important Dates:

📅 Last day to enter: April 1st
🎉 Drawing: Winners will be selected at the end of the business day on April 1st
📦 Pickup: Winners can pick up their baskets Wednesday or Thursday before Easter

Exciting news! Our new patient portal is up and running! Now, you’ll be able to view and print many of your child's medical records, including growth charts, immunization records, office notes, and patient education materials. You can also request medication refills, school and sports forms, and pay your bill online — all from the convenience of your home.

Friday January 22– in order to keep our patients and employees safe in changing weather conditions— if Logan County Schools issue a 2 hour delay, RMP will open at 10 am. Be safe out there!
