ALMOST 20LBS DOWN!!!

Big transformation to end 2023! This girl fought for every pound that was lost here in these pics! Mia started this fat loss journey in Colorado where she was travel nursing. I’m always skeptical about how compliant people can be when they’re out of their elements…Mia never missed a check in and also got her workouts in.

Months later she moved back to NWA where I feel like we really got to kick up the intensity a notch and dial in her physique. Not only was her check-ins on point weekly with food but her training went from a girl that sometimes lifted weights to someone that became a gym rat. It’s a really motivating process to see unfold. Mia’s fat loss journey is done for now but I truly believe she will carry this on for a lifetime. I’m so thankful for clients that put in 100% and this is the outcome. Awesome work and thanks for letting me help!

15lbs DOWN & SOME GOOD MUSCLE!!

I’m so proud of this transformation! This woman is a mom of 4 and works full time but yet still finds time to follow and diet plan and train. If this isn’t inspiration to some people out there I don’t know what is. It would be really easy for her to just say “I don’t have time” and go about her day. Instead…she’s put in the work and it shows!

We knew going into this that the gym wouldn’t be an option so we utilized some dumbbells and a bench in the garage. We do 3 days of weights and this takes about 40-45 mins. This shows you don’t have to have a fancy gym to make progress and add muscle. We also did cardio at home and focused on getting her daily steps. Cardio from day 1 was never the focus as it shouldn’t be…weight lifting was. I honestly believe that’s why her shape is so much improved and she’s been able to change her body so much. Time to reverse her out of this phase and slowly start bringing up the calories for maintenance and a long term solution for her busy season at work. Super proud and ready to see what’s to come!

CRAZY TRANSFORMATION!

So some clients you have to check on a little more often and then others you know are on point 24/7…Then there’s Katie. When Katie puts her mind to something it’s all gas no breaks and that makes for the perfect client. On top of of dieting being hard enough…she travels around the country weekly. Katie travels with all of her meals prepped and Takes all of her food and never misses a cardio/lifting session.

A lot of people will read this and think “Who wants to be that strict?” I get that it’s not for everyone but this is what it takes for most people to put on a lot of muscle and completely change their shape. Sad truth I know. I’m super proud of where we are and cant wait to see what the future holds. Keep Killing It!

FULL BODY TRANSFORMATION!

This is one of my favorites! I’m so excited to share this pic with everyone. Jasmine came to me about 7-8 weeks ago with a goal…but a little lost on how to get there. I think we have all felt this at times…”Where do I start?” It took us about 2 weeks before to figure where the calories needed to be and it’s been down hill since then!

This girl not only works a full time job but also has 3 kids to take care of. I have no idea how people still make time to hit the gym and prep meals. I will say she has a husband that is her biggest support and brags on her constantly. A lot of people don’t have the support at home and makes the process so much harder. We are now starting to slowly reverse out of the caloric deficit and focusing on metabolism and adding muscle. Super pumped to see what’s to come!
