As we approach Thanksgiving, take an evening to slow down, breathe, and return to gratitude.

Join us for a peaceful Sound Bath blended with frequencies Sound bath meditation, sound is an ancient practice designed to bring deep states of relaxation and meditation. I’ll use a variety of instruments, including Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, to create a landscape of sound that washes over you. and essential oils, guiding you into balance and calm.
We’ll also create Blessing Jars of Gratitude — filled with intention, love, and light — and you’ll leave with your own Gratitude Jar to carry this healing energy home.
