At Fix My Prius, we work on Priuses all day, every day. That is literally all we do. We know these cars inside and out, and we take a lot of pride in being honest, reliable, and easy to work with. No upselling, no guessing, just real answers and real repairs.

We even had another auto shop here in Russellville call us this week to take care of one of their customer’s Priuses because they knew it needed someone who truly understands these cars. That kind of trust means everything to us.

When he first reached out, he was in Tennessee.

His Prius had warning lights on and was not driving right.

The dealership had already looked at it.
Then came the number.

Ten thousand dollars.

He was told that was what it would take to fix it.
No other real explanation.
No options that made sense.
The car was sitting at the dealership.
He felt stuck.

Not sure what to do next.
Out of frustration, he opened Facebook and started searching.
Looking for anyone who actually understood Priuses.
That is how he found Fix My Prius in Arkansas.
We talked through what the car was doing.
We asked questions no one else had asked.
We explained what could actually be diagnosed instead of assuming the worst.

He still could not get the car to us.
So we met him at a Cracker Barrel, shook hands, and he handed us the keys.
From there, we went and picked up the Prius from the dealership.

Once we had the car, we were able to properly diagnose it.
What he had been told was a ten thousand dollar problem was not the end of the road.
We walked through the options together.
What was worth fixing.
What was not.
What made sense for his situation.

Any work we do comes with a one year warranty.
And if someone decides to buy a Prius from us instead, that Prius also comes with a one year warranty.
No big unknowns.
No constant worry about what might break next.

We ensure all coolant pumps and valves are functioning properly. We test your Hybrid battery at no cost or obligation. We offer free Diagnostic Service up to 1 hour. We can typically nail down the problem in that time. We can fix anything on a Prius. We can fix most Hybrid Toyota and Lexus but our focus is on long-term maintenance for the 2nd and 3rd gen Prius.
