Passive stretching with lengthy holds in each. Focus on breath, and creating more space and ease within the body. 45 minutes. Then moving into sound bath- (30 min)
Enjoy the tones and vibrations of the quartz crystal singing bowls, symphonic gong, chimes, and other instruments. The sound waves these instruments emit encourage a more relaxed brain wave state. Guided gratitude relaxation/ meditation will also be a part of this relaxing experience. This practice is done while lying down (we have lots of blankets and firm bolsters/pillows at the studio, for comfort).
